ПРИОРИТЕТНЫЕ НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ
работы Министерства по делам семьи, молодежи и спорта
Автономной Республики Крым
на 2011 год

 Приоритетными направлениями Программы являются:

 Создание условий для функционирования социально благополучной семьи и демографического развития
Основными задачами в данном направлении являются:
Формирование позитивного имиджа семьи, популяризация семейного образа жизни.
Подготовка молодежи к семейной жизни.
Профилактика асоциальных проявлений в семье.
 Защита прав детей. Реализация права каждого ребенка на уровень жизни, необходимый для его физического, умственного, духовного, нравственного и социального развития. Формирование имиджа Крыма как всеукраинской детской здравницы.
Основными задачами в данном направлении являются:
Обеспечение приоритетного права детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения, на воспитание в семье.
Профилактика безнадзорности и правонарушений среди детей и подростков, социального неблагополучия детей, защита их прав и интересов.
Поддержка творческих инициатив детей.
Создание целостной эффективной системы оздоровления и отдыха детей Автономной Республики Крым.
 Обретение молодежью уверенности в завтрашнем дне. Социальное становление молодежи. Создание благоприятных социальных условий для всестороннего и гармоничного становления и развития личности.
Основными задачами в данном направлении являются:
Содействие занятости молодежи, профессиональная ориентация, трудоустройство.
Обеспечение молодежи жильем.
Содействие развитию и реализации творческих способностей молодежи, духовному интеллектуальному и эстетическому развитию молодого поколения.
Содействие общественной и политической активности молодежи.
 Развитие массового спорта и спорта высших достижений. Популяризация здорового образа жизни.
Основными задачами в данном направлении являются:
Популяризация здорового образа жизни.
Организация занятий физической культурой и спортом во всех сферах общественной жизни.
Развитие спорта высших достижений.
Развитие детско-юношеского спорта.
Развитие спорта высших достижений, детско-юношеского спорта для лиц с ограниченными физическими возможностями.
Развитие спортивной инфраструктуры, укрепление материально-технической базы учреждений физической культуры и спорта.
 Обеспечение равных прав и возможностей женщин и мужчин
Основными задачами в данном направлении являются:
 Формирование гендерной культуры населения, устранение гендерных стереотипов в обществе.

ПРИОРИТЕТНЫЕ НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ

в 2010 году

  1. Сохранение тенденции сокращения уровня детской беспризорности. 
  2. Обеспечение реализации права детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения на воспитание в семье.
  3. Предупреждение социального сиротства путем внедрения системы раннего выявления семей с детьми, которые находятся в сложных жизненных обстоятельствах.
  4. Обеспечение координации мер по реформированию интернатных учреждений для детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения.
  5. Обеспечение качества отдыха и оздоровления детей. Проведение аттестации детских заведений оздоровления и отдыха.
  6. Содействие воспитанию у молодежи чувства патриотизма на основах духовности, моральности и толерантности.
  7. Содействие занятости молодежи, поддержка ее предпринимательских инициатив. Обеспечение выполнения законодательства по вопросам предоставления первого рабочего места для молодежи.
  8. Проведение мероприятий, направленных на предупреждение насилия в семье в рамках национальной кампании «Стоп насилию!».
  9. Обеспечение оперативного реагирования на обращения граждан по вопросам гендерной дискриминации по половому признаку.
  10. Внедрение новых финансово-кредитных механизмов финансирования строительства жилья для реализации Региональной программы по обеспечению молодежи жильем на 2003-2012 годы в Автономной Республике Крым. 

Приоритетные направления работы в 2009 году 

В сфере защиты прав детей:

  1. Повышение эффективности семейных форм устройства детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения.
  2. Преодоление детской беспризорности и безнадзорности.
  3. Профилактика преступлений и правонарушений в детской среде.
  4. Защита имущественных и жилищных прав детей.
  5. Оздоровление детей социально незащищенных категорий.
  6. Поддержка и развитие творческих инициатив детей.

В сфере молодежной, семейной и гендерной политики:

  1. Содействие решению вопросов занятости и трудоустройства молодежи.
  2. Формирование здорового образа жизни молодежи и профилактика негативных явлений в молодежной среде.
  3. Поддержка и развитие творческих инициатив молодежи.
  4. Поддержка общественной активности молодежи.
  5. Социальное становление сельской молодежи.
  6. Формирование активной гражданской позиции молодежи на основе преемственности поколений.
  7. Развитие молодежного международного сотрудничества.
  8. Обеспечение молодежи жильем.
  9. Предупреждение насилия в семье.
  10. Утверждение гендерного равенства в обществе, противодействие торговле людьми.
  11. Укрепление института семьи, содействие улучшению демографической ситуации.
