Во исполнение постановления Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым от 31 марта 2010 года № 123 "Об организации оздоровления и отдыха детей В Автономной Республике Крым в 2009 году" 21 мая 2010 года проведено расширенное заседание комиссии по организации оздоровлния и отдыха детей в Автономной Республике Крым в 2010 году.

В работе комиссии приняли участие: 
- председатель Постоянной комиссии Верховной Рады Автономной Республики Крым по культуре, делам молодежи спорту Фикс Ефим Зисьевич;
- члены комиссии Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым по организации оздоровления и отдыха детей;
- члены рабочей группы Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым по организации оздоровления и отдыха детей;
- представители средств массовой информации.
Заседание комиссии вел Козенко А. Д. – заместитель председателя Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым, председатель комиссии Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым по организации оздоровления и отдыха детей;
На заседании обсуждены особенности летнего оздоровления и отдыха детей    в 2010 году, готовность детских здравниц к предоставлению оздоровительных услуг, проблемные вопросы по работе местных органов исполнительной власти и органов местного самоуправления по организации оздоровительной кампании.

Проблемные вопросы, требующие решения на государственном уровне, будут рассмотрены на заседании Постоянной комиссии Верховной Рады Автономной Республики Крым по культуре, делам молодежи и спорту и направлены во вновь созданный Центр законодательных инициатив.
