     18 мая 2010 года в гости к воспитанникам Республиканского приюта для детей приехал заместитель Председателя Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым Андрей Козенко.

      В приюты направляются дети, оставшиеся без попечения родителей, дети-сироты, дети, лишенные родительского попечения, дети, оказавшиеся в кризисной ситуации.

            Этим ребятам не хватает родительской любви и ласки, очень часто они с боязнью относятся к приезжающим к ним людям, но те, кто помладше – просятся на руки и охотно общаются со всеми. В Республиканском приюте для детей находятся дети не только из Крыма, но и со всей Украины.

               Заведующая приютом Людмила Булгакова рассказывает, что сегодня в учреждении воспитывается 33 ребенка, в том числе четыре – находятся на лечении. Приют для детей рассчитан на 60 человек.         

              В Крыму с 2006 года действует Республиканская программа преодоления детской беспризорности и безнадзорности в Автономной Республике Крым на 2006-2010 годы, утвержденная Постановлением Верховной Рады Автономной Республики Крым № 218-5/06 от 18.10.06. Результат - ежегодное снижение количества беспризорных детей, попадающих на воспитание в приюты.

             Сегодня основная задача, успешно решаемая министерством – первоочередное устройство под опеку или усыновление, в детские дома семейного типа или в приемные семьи детей, находящихся в приютах.

            Андрей Козенко отметил, что, несмотря на снижение количества воспитанников приютов, учреждения необходимо сохранить и продолжить работу с детьми, оказавшимися в сложных жизненных обстоятельствах, используя инновационные методики воспитания, как например, модель центра социально-психологической реабилитации на базе уже существующих заведений.

             Заместитель Председателя Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым выразил благодарность заведующей приютом и всему коллективу за системную и эффективную работу.
