13 апреля 2010 года в республиканский сборный пункт военного комиссариата Автономной Республики Крым было направлено 78 призывников, из которых были отправлены в воинские части 34 человека, 14 человек в г. Харьков для внутренних войск МВД Украины и 20 человек в г. Евпатория для Воздушных Сил ВС Украины.

Всего весной 2010 гда на призывные комиссии вызывается 18743 человека, а также будет призвано и отправлено 1350 призывников, из них в Вооруженные Силы Украины 917. В другие воинские формирования 433, из них для Внутренних войск МВД Украины 400 человек, государственной специальной службы транспорта 33 человека.

Одновременно, большое количество призывников продолжает уклоняться от призыва. После завершения осеннего призыва таких было в Автономной Республике Крым было 10540 человек.

По состоянию на 13 апреля 2010 года не явились на районные и городскин призывные комиссии 1262 человека.

Согласно статьи 210 Кодекса Украины об административных правонарушениях, за неявку в военкоматпредусмотрено привлечение граждан к ответственности в виде штрафа - от 17 до 54 гривен. За повторную неявку - от 51 до 119 гривен. Граждане, не явившиеся на отправку войска, уже привлекаются к уголовной ответственности, которая предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком до 3 лет (статья 335 Уголовного кодекса Украины).
