о выполнении требований Закона Украины «О борьбе с коррупцией» Министерством по делам молодежи, семьи и гендерной политике Автономной Республики Крым

В 2008 году осуществлялся ряд организационных и практических мер, направленных на выполнение требований Закона Украины «О борьбе с коррупцией», Указов Президента Украины от 06.02.2003 № 84 «О неотложных дополнительных мерах по усилению борьбы с организованной преступностью и коррупцией», от 09.02.2004 № 175 «О системе мер по устранению причин и условий, которые содействуют преступным проявлениям и коррупции», от 11.09.2006 № 742 «О Концепции преодоления коррупции в Украине «На пути к добропорядочности», распоряжения Кабинета Министров Украины от 15.08.2007 № 657-р «Об утверждении плана мероприятий, по реализации Концепции преодоления коррупции в Украине «На пути к добропорядочности» на период до 2010 года», постановления Кабинета Министров Украины от 13.05.1998 № 668 «О мерах по предупреждению нарушений финансовой дисциплины в бюджетных учреждениях и организациях».

Разработаны и осуществляются ежегодные мероприятия по предупреждению проявления коррупции в аппарате Министерства. Подбор и расстановка кадров проводилась на началах беспристрастного конкурсного отбора согласно требований Закона Украины «О государственной службе» и других законодательных актов. При принятии на государственную службу лица, которые прошли конкурсный отбор, предупреждались письменно о специальных ограничениях, установленных законами Украины «О государственной службе» и «О борьбе с коррупцией», знакомились с общими правилами поведения государственного служащего. Декларирование доходов и обязательств финансового характера государственных служащих Министерства осуществлялось согласно ст. 13 Закона Украины «О государственной службе» своевременно.

Ежеквартально отделы по делам семьи и молодежи, службы по делам детей исполкомов городских советов, райгосадминистраций, районных в г. Симферополе советов предоставляли информацию о выполнении требований Закона Украины «О борьбе с коррупцией».

В сентябре 2008 года на заседании коллегии Министерства заслушан вопрос «О мерах по выполнению требований законодательства Украины, направленных на предотвращение коррупции».

С целью обеспечения режима прозрачности и открытости в деятельности органов исполнительной власти, информирования общественности об инициативах и функционировании органов исполнительной власти информацию о деятельности и принятых нормативно-правовых актах, касающихся деятельности Министерства, размещается на Портале Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым.

Государственных служащих, привлеченных к административной ответственности за коррупционные деяния и другие правонарушения, связанные с коррупцией, в соответствии с требованиями Закона Украины «О борьбе с коррупцией» в 2008 года в Министерстве не было.
