ИНФОРМАЦИЯ
о кадровом резерве Министерства по делам молодежи,
семьи и гендерной политике Автономной Республики Крым

Работа по формированию кадрового резерва на замещение вакантных должностей государственных служащих Министерства по делам молодежи, семьи и гендерной политике Автономной Республики Крым проводится в соответствии с Положением о порядке формирования кадрового резерва для государственной службы, утвержденным Постановлением Кабинета Министров Украины от 28.02.01 № 199.

Список лиц, зачисленных в кадровый резерв на 2009 год на 1-3 категории должностей государственных служащих утвержден распоряжением Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым 31.12.08 № 850-р.

Зачисленных на 4-7 категории должностей государственных служащих, утвержден приказом Министерства по делам молодежи, семьи и гендерной политике Автономной Республики Крым от 02.12.09 № 103-к.

На 2009 год в кадровый резерв зачислено - 41 человек, из которых на должности 1-3 категории - 8 человек, а на должности 4-7 категории - 33 человека.

Кадровый резерв Министерства состоит из государственных служащих, руководителей и специалистов подведомственных учреждений и заведений, студентов и выпускников высших учебных заведений.

Преимущественное большинство лиц, зачисленных в кадровый резерв в возрасте до 35 лет (на должности 1-3 категории – 4 человека (50%), на должности 4-7 категорий – 20 человек (61%).

По образовательному уровню 38 человек имеют полное высшее образование 3-4 уровня аккредитации разного направления, 3 человека обучаются на последних курсах высших учебных заведений. Кроме того, 2 человек - магистры государственного управления, 2 - слушатели Одесского регионального института государственного управления Национальной академии государственного управления при Президенте Украины, 1- слушатель Национальной академии государственного управления при Президенте Украины. Работа с лицами, зачисленными в кадровый резерв проводится согласно личных годовых планов, утвержденных Министром, резервисты привлекались к работе в Министерстве, принимали участие в организации и проведении различных мероприятий, подготовке документов.

С января по июнь 2009 года в Министерстве прошли стажировку 2 человека, зачисленных в кадровый резерв на 4-7 категории должностей государственных служащих.

Приказом от 28.01.09 № 32-к утвержден кадровый резерв на должности руководителей подведомственных учреждений, заведений, предприятий в количестве 42 человека.
