Крымское республиканское заведение «Центр социально-психологической реабилитации детей и молодежи с функциональными ограничениями»
создано и функционирует в соответствии с Постановлением Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым № 682 от 30 октября 2007 года

Центр расположен по адресу: Автономная Республика Крым,

г. Керчь, ул. Всесоюзная, 9.

Центр начал работу 01 октября 2008 года.

Центр является единственной организацией в Крыму, где бесплатно предоставляются психологические, социально-педагогические, социально-медицинские, юридические и информационные услуги детям и молодежи с функциональными ограничениями, членам их семей.

Основная задача работы Центра – восстановление и поддержка физического и психического состояния детей и молодежи с функциональными ограничениями в возрасте от 7 до 35 лет, их адаптация и интеграция в общество.

В соответствии с целями, которые поставлены перед заведением, специалистами Центра обеспечивается разработка и выполнение реабилитационных программ, предоставляются разные виды социальных услуг. К процессу выполнения реабилитационных мероприятий привлекаются родители (или лица их заменяющие), члены семей детей и молодежи, им предоставляются методические консультации.

Центр оснащен, тренажерным и конференц-залом, детской игровой комнатой, медицинским кабинетом и кабинетом массажа, комнатами психологической разгрузки и зонами рекреации, столовой.

В центре созданы условия для круглосуточного пребывания 40 клиентов (имеются 16 палат (на 2-3 человека), изолятор, туалетные комнаты и душевые).

Создана информационно-методическая база и библиотека.

С детьми и молодежью – клиентами Центра работают специалисты:

- социальный педагог;

- психолог;

- учитель-реабилитолог;

- массажист;

- логопед;

- воспитатель по работе с детьми-инвалидами.

К работе привлекается юрист Керченского центра социальных служб для семьи, детей, молодежи для оказания юридических консультаций клиентам.

На базе Центра для повышения эффективности проведения реабилитационных программ созданы кружки и клубы по интересам: (английского языка, занятий на тренажерах, рукоделия, шахмат, пения, тренингов, просмотра видеофильмов, ритмопластики).

Работа с каждым клиентом центра осуществляется в соответствии с индивидуальной программой реабилитации инвалида (ребенка-инвалида), предоставляемой медицинскими учреждениями города и индивидуальным планом реабилитации, составляемым специалистами центра.

Центр сотрудничает с Керченским центром социальных служб для детей, семьи и молодежи, Дворцом детского и юношеского творчества, образовательными учреждения города Керчи (школами и лицеями), благотворительными организациями.
