Информация о приютах для детей

В Автономной Республике Крым функционируют приюты для детей с плановой вместимостью 240 койко-мест.

Из них 5 приютов – республиканского подчинения - сфера управления Министерства по делам молодежи, семьи и гендерной политике Автономной Республики Крым, 1 приют – Щелкинский районный – сфера управления Ленинской районной государственной администрации.

В сентябре 2008 года сессией Симферопольского городского совета принято решение «Об изменении статуса и переименовании Городского приюта для несовершеннолетних в Городской детский дом» - плановой вместимостью 50 койко-мест.

Приют для детей – это учреждение социальной защиты детей, созданное для временного пребывания (сроком до 90 суток) детей в возрасте от 3 до 18 лет. Временному устройству в приюты подлежат дети, оставшиеся без попечения родителей, дети-сироты, дети, лишенные родительского попечения.

Прием детей в приют осуществляется круглосуточно на основании направления службы по делам детей городского совета, районной государственной администрации в Автономной Республике Крым по месту выявления (устройства) ребенка или акта криминальной милиции по делам детей о доставке ребенка в приют, или заявления ребенка (при личном обращении).

В 2009 году в учреждениях получили помощь 715 детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения, а также детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей.

В 2008 году - 1057 детей.

В 2007 году - 1200 детей.

Деятельность приютов для детей во взаимодействии со службами для детей, центрами социальных служб для семьи, детей и молодежи направлена на первоочередное устройство их воспитанников в семейные формы воспитания, а именно: усыновление, передача под опеку (попечительство), устройство в детский дом семейного типа, приемную семью.

В 2009 году возвращено в семьи 360 воспитанников приютов, в семейные формы воспитания устроено 94 ребенка.

В интернатные учреждения ребенок может быть устроен в случае, если отсутствует возможность его устройства на воспитание в семью.

В 2009 году 141 ребенок направлен в интернатные учреждения, детские дома, находящиеся в сфере управления Министерства образования и науки Автономной Республики Крым.
