П О С Т А Н О В Л Е Н И Е
СОВЕТА МИНИСТРОВ АВТОНОМНОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ КРЫМ

О развитии семейных форм воспитания детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения, в 2006-2007 годах в Автономной Республике Крым

В соответствии с Законом Украины "Об обеспечении организационно-правовых условий социальной защиты детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения" ( 2342-15), Указом Президента Украины от 11 июля 2005 года N 1086/2005 ( 1086/2005 ) "О первоочередных мерах по защите прав детей" и с целью развития семейных форм воспитания детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения, в Автономной Республике Крым

Совет министров Автономной Республики Крым п о с т а н о в л я е т:

1. Утвердить Мероприятия по развитию семейных форм воспитания детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения, на 2006-2007 годы в Автономной Республике Крым (приложение 1).

2. Утвердить План развития сети детских домов семейного типа и приемных семей в Автономной Республике Крым на 2006-2007 годы (приложение 2).

3. Районным государственным администрациям в Автономной Республике Крым, исполнительным комитетам городских советов при создании и обеспечении функционирования детских домов семейного типа обеспечить выполнение требований пунктов 5, 25, 28 Положения о детском доме семейного типа, утвержденного постановлением

Кабинета Министров Украины от 26 апреля 2002 года N 564 ( 564-2002-п ) "Об утверждении Положения о детском доме семейного типа".

4. Органам исполнительной власти Автономной Республики Крым, районным государственным администрациям в Автономной Республике Крым, исполнительным комитетам городских советов ежеквартально, до 10 числа месяца, следующего за кварталом, информировать Министерство по делам молодежи, семьи и гендерной политике Автономной Республики Крым о ходе выполнения данного постановления.

5. Министерству по делам молодежи, семьи и гендерной политике Автономной Республики Крым ежегодно в срок до 20 января информировать о ходе выполнения постановления Совет министров Автономной Республики Крым.

6. Признать утратившим силу постановление Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым от 27 января 2004 года N 18 ( rb0018001-04 ) "Об утверждении Мероприятий по развитию семейных форм воспитания детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительской опеки, на 2004-2005 годы в Автономной Республике Крым".

7. Контроль за исполнением постановления возложить на заместителя Председателя Совета министров Автономной Республики Крым Умрихину Т.В.
